We are the CIRA, (Formerly the Charlotte Justice League) a league from Gastonia, NC devoted to protecting the citizens of the United States. We have designed a layout for the agency and we are currently accepting members from the USA. This league was formed in 2012 in Gastonia, NC. We have different recruits from around the USA that protect their own home cities and are in the CIRA, in the case that there was ever a national emergency, we'd also handle that.
