2 - Semi-Complete Agent, allowed to patrol small areas on own.

 

3 - Improving Agent, allowed to patrol with a level 2 Agent.

 

4 - In Training, allowed to patrol with a level 1 Agent.

 

5 - Not Eligible, cannot patrol at all, not ready yet.
